Quinoa salad with fresh vegetables and a little honey for sweetness

A fresh suggestion for breakfast

Breakfast is one of the meals that are often skipped due to lack of time in the early morning. During the summer months, we decided to offer you a fresh start to your day that won’t take more than 20 minutes and a minimum of ingredients.


  • 50 grams of quinoa
  • half a peach
  • half an apple
  • 30 grams. strawberries
  • 1 spoon honey
  • 20 g crushed porridge
  • fresh mint to taste

Rinse the quinoa well and soak it for 10 minutes. Put it in a 3:1 pot of water and cook until ready (takes about 10-12 minutes). Drain and let cool for 5-10 minutes in a large bowl.

Cut the fruit, crush the nuts and eat with pleasure.
