- Take 2 capsules daily in the morning with a glass of spring mineral water, 20 minutes before meals.
- Increase the amount if necessary. Do not take more than 6 capsules daily unless otherwise recommended by a healthcare professional.
- For children over 1 year – 1 capsule daily with liquids or food.
