For more than 25 years, the AquaSource Easy Start Program has been a great way to introduce people to AquaSource supplements. In addition, it is also quite valuable for those who will purchase each supplement individually, but will not follow the intake scheme of AquaSource Easy Start Program.
The AquaSource Easy Start Program is a 4-week smooth, safe and easy regimen that consists of AquaSource Algae, AquaSource Digestive Enzymes, AquaSource Acidophilus and AquaSource Bifidus Complex.
The AquaSource Easy Start Program is designed to protect the levels of important enzymes and bacteria in the digestive system and includes AquaSource Algae, thereby supporting the body’s own cleansing mechanisms and helping to optimize nutritional intake for well-being and vitality.
Good hydration is very important
Drink as much spring or purified water as possible – aim for 2 litres a day. Sufficient water is important for the proper removal of toxins from the body and is beneficial for health.
Next steps

Getting Started – Instructions for use
Week 1
- 2 Bifidus capsules before sleep
- 1 capsule Enzymes, twice daily, before meals
Week 2
- 2 Acidophilus capsules in the morning – 40 minutes before meals
- 1 capsule Enzymes, 2 times daily, before meals
- 1 capsule each Algae
- 2 Bifidus capsules before sleep
Week 3
- As Week 2 and increase Seaweed to 2 capsules per day
Week 4
- Complete the program with Acidophilus
- 1 capsule Enzymes, 2 times daily, before meals
- Increase Seaweed to 3 capsules daily
