The Easy Start Program is a 4-week smooth, safe and easy system that consists of AquaSource Algae, AquaSource Digestive Enzymes, AquaSource Acidophilus and AquaSource Bifidus Complex.

AquaSource Digestive Enzymes – extremely important for proper digestion, they are combined to support the body’s natural digestive process.

AquaSource Bifidus Complex – found naturally in the colon. Bifidus helps to maintain a good balance of beneficial bacteria, allowing the colon to function effectively and remove toxins.

AquaSource Acidophilus – inhabit the small intestine. These beneficial bacteria also help to maintain digestive health.

Week 1

– 2 Bifidus capsules before sleep
– 1 capsule Enzymes, twice daily, before meals

Week 2

– 2 Acidophilus capsules in the morning – 40 minutes before meals
– 1 capsule Enzymes, 2 times daily, before meals
– 1 capsule each Algae
– 2 Bifidus capsules before sleep

Week 3

– As Week 2 and increase Seaweed to 2 capsules per day

Week 4

– Complete the program with Acidophilus
– 1 capsule Enzymes, 2 times daily, before meals
– Increase Seaweed to 3 capsules daily
