Instructions for use

Student Nutrition Pack

For children aged 7 to 18:

• Seaweed Marine Energy – 1 capsule once daily
• Organic Super Fruit Energy C – 1 capsule once daily
• Organic Vitamin D – 1 capsule once daily
• FComplex Fatty Acids – 16 drops, twice daily

The contents of the pack are sufficient for 2 months.
