Published clinical study
The original, popular and revolutionary light-activated Japanese toothbrush has the extraordinary ability to remove plaque – proven through clinical studies for which published information can be found.
The Department of Community and Preventive Dentistry of Nippon Dental University in Tokyo conducted a study with 60 female graduate dental hygiene students. One group (32) used Soladey and the other (28) used a regular toothbrush (control). The oral hygiene of the study women was monitored by five standard tests on the first, second and third weeks of the experiment. After the third week, there was a significant improvement in gingivitis¹ and oral cleanliness of the Soladey group compared to the control group.

How does it work?
Exposed to any light source (fluorescent lamp in the bathroom, ordinary light bulb or sunlight), Soladey-eco’s photosensitive titanium rod converts light into negatively charged electrons (ions). The wand releases these ions which, when interacting with saliva, attract the positive (hydrogen) ions from the acid in the dental plaque. The acid is then neutralized and the plaque breaks down – a scientific approach to a healthier, cleaner mouth! Toothpaste is optional as water (saliva) becomes the active ingredient. This makes natural oral care more cost-effective!
How is Soladey-eco used?
After wetting the hair and semi-conductor with water, brush your teeth gently and thoroughly in the same way as with a regular toothbrush. If you wish, you can put a minimal amount of toothpaste on the wisps, although it is not necessary. Make sure that there is always a suitable light source (natural or artificial) on the semiconductor wand as it is needed to activate it. If necessary, the mouth can be opened slightly while brushing.
Himalayan rock crystal salt, in the form of Sole (1% solution), is an excellent mouthwash and gargle. Helps to deal with aphthae, gum infections and whitens teeth. It can be used as an alternative to toothpaste together with the Soladey-eco brush.

The titanium dioxide rod produces ions that destroy plaque.
Easy to use anywhere, improves dental hygiene.
The lighter scrubbing prevents injury to the teeth and gums.
Without or with a minimal amount of toothpaste.
Use the salty Himalayan rock crystal salt solution as a mouthwash.
