How to prepare a shake with Light-Up?
You can use the following products:
Grate 1 apple. To it add: 2 measuring spoons Leighton-Up, 1 tbsp. bee pollen,1 lie. Honey. You can also sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon if desired.
Add 1/4 of a bucket of yogurt and up to 150ml of water.
Whisk well until the mixture is homogeneous.
If you wish you can replace the apple with fresh apple juice.
This recipe is easy and is an extremely nutritious meal to start the day with.It will bring energy and also lots of vitamins and nutrients.

To increase the antioxidant effect
By mixing two scoops of Shake Light-Up with apple, ginger, lemon and cranberries, you get a complete combination of natural vitamins and antioxidants. Ginger is a natural antibiotic and an excellent nasal decongestant. Add fruit juice, fresh or yogurt to your taste and blend. Besides being healthy, you also get a very tasty smoothie.
To boost the immune system:
Mix two scoops of Shake Light-Up with beetroot, apple, carrot, lemon, parsley and broccoli( to make the drink sweeter add more apples to the vegetables until you get used to the taste). Add fruit juice, fresh or yogurt to your taste and blend.
Mix two scoops of Shake Light-Up with 4 strawberries, 8 pitted cherries, 5 peach slices, a banana and a glass of skimmed fresh milk, which can be substituted with fruit juice, and blend.
Grape energy drink
Mix two scoops of Shake Light-Up with a slice of melon /chopped and cooled/, a handful of grapes, a coffee cup of white grape juice or apples, chopped cucumber. Add ice cubes, if necessary.
For best taste, serve immediately
