Guacamole – avocado sauce

This is a sauce that is served with vegetable salads.

2 pcs. ripe avocado ( peeled and pitted )
juice of 1 green lemon
2 crushed garlic scallions
1 finely chopped medium onion
2 peeled and chopped tomatoes
1 finely chopped red chili pepper
1 s.l. finely chopped fresh coriander

Crush the avocado by hand and mix it with the lemon juice.
Add the remaining products.
Mix well by hand or with a blender.
Serve with vegetable salads.
