Vitamin K
Vitamin K is fat-soluble . There are two types of vitamin K – K1 and K2. This vitamin is involved in the process of blood clotting. Vitamin K1 is synthesized by microorganisms found in the intestines and helps in the normal absorption of calcium in the body.
