Ingredients Recipe Red lentil fritters
Lentils - 1 tsp. Bulgur - ½ tsp. Lemon -- 1 pc. Onion - 1 onion Parsley - 1 bunch Peppermint - 1 pinch Green onion - 1 bunch Tomato puree - 2 tbsp. Water - 3 cups salt to taste cumin red pepper black pepper
Preparation
Boil the lentils and chickpeas, chop the onion coarsely and fry it add tomato paste and fry them for about a minute. Add chopped parsley, green onions and spices. Let them cool and then shape into meatballs. We can serve with lemon and lettuce.
