Organic Alfalfa Juice Powder

Alfalfa is a low-calorie, nutrient-rich food grown around the world. Organic alfalfa contains a wide range of key minerals, trace elements and vitamins (including vitamin K) in a form that allows them to be extremely effectively absorbed by the body, providing a solid platform for cellular health and activity. Here are some of its nutritional components: vitamins A, C, E and K4 and the minerals calcium, potassium, phosphorus and iron.

AquaSource has recently introduced the use of organic alfalfa juice powder. Organic alfalfa juice is dried to a powder using BioActive Dehydration®, a patented spray drying process. This gentle process preserves the nutritional qualities of our products and dries them to a powder at a temperature of 41°C. BioActive Dehydration® does not cause thermal decomposition and preserves the color, taste, aroma and nutrients of fresh organic alfalfa.
